Buy 1 gallon of Elmers glue from a hardware store or lumber yard. ******** Assembly ******** 1. Put 1 drop of glue on the inside of one end of the tube and insert the paper end plug. 2. Punch or drill a 1/8" hole in the side of the paper tube. 3. Cut the fuse you purchased into 2" long pieces. 4. Insert the fuse into the hole in the paper tube and glue in place. 5. Scoop the paper tube with the fuse into a container of flash powder. The paper tube should be about 2/3 full. 6. Put glue on the end plug and insert it into the paper tube filled with flash powder. 7. Let all glued items dry thoroughly about 45 minutes The completed M-80 firecracker should dry and the glue will become hard ******************** Flash Powder Formula ******************** Sensitive to friction and impact.
